M'lis Detox

I have had lots of requests for information on the detoxification program I have been on since last week. This really has been amazing and I feel great! Here is the link:


  1. Terrific way to cleanse the body of toxins before changing your eating habits. Zak and I did it when I became Vegan over a year ago. We didn't take fiber supplements wasn't necessary because we were juicing tons of fresh veggies with a small amount of fruits during the day (Green Smoothie) and eating raw salads for dinner.

    Those toxins will build back up in your body if you eat foods containing them...meats and dairy products are the worst culprits. Good Luck! I have some excellent recipes if you're interested in cutting down on your meat and dairy consumption when you're done with the cleanse.

  2. Sounds like something my body could definitely use. I plan to start after Easter - you know, after I've consumed that enormous bag of Cadbury eggs!
